-368 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

APG stocks the E80PC368, an AS568-368 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 7.725 in (196.22 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.145 in (206.88 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists water and steam, ozone, UV and weathering, and brake fluid. EPDM (EPR) is valued for outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants.

It sees regular use in potable water applications, solar and roofing assemblies, and outdoor equipment.
