Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for exceptional abrasion resistance and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. The material holds up against extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). It should not be specified for service in ketones or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.
