568-368 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

The U90368 is an AS568-368 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 7.725 in (196.22 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.145 in (206.88 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to petroleum oils, extrusion under high pressure, and abrasion and wear. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across off-highway equipment, construction machinery, and press and forming equipment.
