SV70370 is an AS568-370 black Viton® (FKM) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring with an inside diameter of 8.225 in (208.92 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.645 in (219.58 mm). In service, this quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) is widely chosen for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material holds up against many acids, engine and transmission fluids, and aggressive chemicals. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where hot water and steam or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
