SH70371 is an AS568-371 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 8.475 in (215.27 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 8.895 in (225.93 mm). In service, this quad-ring seats in a standard o-ring gland while offering improved dynamic performance.

The compound resists greases and lubricants, petroleum-based oils, and propane and butane. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers reliable performance in both static and dynamic service, an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where ketones or strong acids are present.
