Ordered as VITON75372, this is an AS568-372 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 8.725 in (221.62 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.145 in (232.28 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists aggressive chemicals, aromatic hydrocarbons, and engine and transmission fluids. Viton® (FKM) is valued for excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or amines are present.
