The E80PC373 is an AS568-373 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 8.975 in (227.97 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.395 in (238.63 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Expect good resistance to water and steam, brake fluid, and dilute acids and alkalis. EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for very good flexibility at low temperature, excellent hot water and steam resistance. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). Exposure to aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in HVAC and refrigeration, solar and roofing assemblies, and outdoor equipment.
