568-373 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70373 is an AS568-373 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 8.975 in (227.97 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.395 in (238.63 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) delivers excellent abrasion and tear strength, the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability. The material holds up against ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Applications involving strong oxidizing acids or esters call for a different compound.
