568-375 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70375 is an AS568-375 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 9.475 in (240.67 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 9.895 in (251.33 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, petroleum oils and fuels, and ozone and weathering. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).

Typical settings include engine timing systems, oilfield and downhole equipment, and commercial refrigeration.
