-378 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

H50378 is an AS568-378 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.895 in (276.73 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer, strong abrasion and tear resistance. It resists hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and petroleum-based oils. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C). Exposure to ketones or polar solvents will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in fluid power, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and agricultural equipment.
