E80PC378 is an AS568-378 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 10.475 in (266.07 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 10.895 in (276.73 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

EPDM (EPR) is specified here for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance. The material holds up against water and steam, ozone, UV and weathering, and ketones. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service.

It sees regular use in water and steam systems, brake and phosphate ester systems, and potable water applications.
