-379 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

The VB90379 is an AS568-379 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 10.975 in (278.77 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.395 in (289.43 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) is specified here for long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and outstanding high-temperature capability. It resists petroleum oils and fuels, many acids, and chlorinated solvents. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving hot water and steam or ketones and esters call for a different compound.
