568-379 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70379 is an AS568-379 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 10.975 in (278.77 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.395 in (289.43 mm). In service, this o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, excellent abrasion and tear strength. It resists modern refrigerants, heat and oxidation, and petroleum oils and fuels. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where ketones or esters are present.
