568-380 BUNA 70 SQUARE CUT RINGS

Ordered as SH70380, this is an AS568-380 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 70 Shore A square profile Quad-Ring built to an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.895 in (302.13 mm). The quad-ring provides a dual sealing band on each contact face for improved reliability.

As a material, Buna-N (Nitrile) is known for the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer and an economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs. This material stands up to water, many alcohols, and propane and butane. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. It should not be specified for service in ozone and direct sunlight or ketones.
