568-380 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

APG stocks the U70380, an AS568-380 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 11.475 in (291.47 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 11.895 in (302.13 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. This material stands up to extrusion under high pressure, abrasion and wear, and impact and shock loading. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Verify compatibility before use with ketones or hot water and steam.

Typical settings include press and forming equipment, mining and heavy equipment, and high-pressure fluid power.
