568-381 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90381 is an AS568-381 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 11.975 in (304.17 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 12.395 in (314.83 mm). This o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

It resists heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and ozone and weathering. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is valued for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, excellent abrasion and tear strength. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to esters or strong oxidizing acids will shorten service life.

Typical settings include automotive air conditioning, heavy-duty powertrain, and commercial refrigeration.
