Ordered as E80PC386, this is an AS568-386 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 16.955 in (430.66 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 17.375 in (441.33 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is valued for strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations, very good flexibility at low temperature. The material holds up against ozone, UV and weathering, dilute acids and alkalis, and water and steam. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C).
