568-388 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

Part number U70388 is an AS568-388 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 18.953 in (481.41 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 19.373 in (492.07 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) offers toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. The compound resists ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or acids and bases are present.
