568-390 FEP ENCAPSULATED SILICONE

TES70390 is an AS568-390 red PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone 70 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 20.953 in (532.21 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 21.373 in (542.87 mm). In service, this o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint. Source specification: ORING 70 Durometer.

PTFE-Encapsulated Silicone is valued for strong resistance to permeation and a seamless PTFE jacket over a resilient silicone core. It resists nearly all process chemicals, wide temperature swings, and strong acids and solvents. Service temperature is rated from -75°F (-59.4°C) through 400°F (204.4°C).
