Part number HS70394 is an AS568-394 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 24.94 in (633.48 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 25.36 in (644.14 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. The compound resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, heat and oxidation, and ozone and weathering. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or esters will shorten service life.
