HSN90394 is an AS568-394 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 24.94 in (633.48 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 25.36 in (644.14 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists modern refrigerants, petroleum oils and fuels, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability and strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Applications involving strong oxidizing acids or esters call for a different compound.
