568-394 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

U90394 is an AS568-394 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 24.94 in (633.48 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 25.36 in (644.14 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds, very high tensile strength and load capacity. It resists ozone, extrusion under high pressure, and impact and shock loading. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to ketones or hot water and steam will shorten service life.
