568-395 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

APG stocks the HSN90395, an AS568-395 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 25.94 in (658.88 mm), a cross section of 0.21 in (5.33 mm), and an outside diameter of 26.36 in (669.54 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

This material stands up to heat and oxidation, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Published continuous service range is -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). It is not the right choice where strong oxidizing acids or ketones are present.

Typical settings include engine timing systems, commercial refrigeration, and oilfield and downhole equipment.
