568-400 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

Ordered as HS70400, this is an AS568-400 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.35 in (34.29 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.9 in (48.26 mm). The o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression. The compound resists ozone and weathering, petroleum oils and fuels, and modern refrigerants. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Exposure to strong oxidizing acids or chlorinated hydrocarbons will shorten service life.

Typical settings include automotive air conditioning, oilfield and downhole equipment, and commercial refrigeration.
