This o-ring is supplied in AS568-400 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 1.35 in (34.29 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 1.9 in (48.26 mm), catalogued under part number HSN90400. It creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The material holds up against modern refrigerants, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. It is not the right choice where esters or ketones are present.
