-401 BLACK FKM 75D O-RING

This o-ring is supplied in AS568-401 black Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A with an inside diameter of 1.475 in (37.47 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.025 in (51.44 mm), catalogued under part number V75401. It compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments. This material stands up to many acids, aromatic hydrocarbons, and petroleum oils and fuels. Published continuous service range is -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). It should not be specified for service in amines or low-molecular-weight organic acids.

Typical settings include oil and gas, automotive fuel systems, and high-temperature process equipment.

V75401 ships individually. Nominal inside diameter is listed as 1 1/2 inch. Confirm chemical compatibility, pressure and temperature against your own application requirements before installing.
