-401 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

The H50401 is an AS568-401 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.475 in (37.47 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.025 in (51.44 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

Buna-N (Nitrile) is specified here for economical choice for high-volume maintenance programs and most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. The compound resists hydraulic fluids, propane and butane, and petroleum-based oils. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. Exposure to automotive brake fluid or ketones will shorten service life.
