568-402 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

HS70402 is an AS568-402 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.6 in (40.64 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.15 in (54.61 mm). In service, this o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The compound resists ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for the oil resistance of nitrile with substantially better heat capability, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Service temperature is rated from -40°F (-40°C) through 325°F (162.8°C). Verify compatibility before use with chlorinated hydrocarbons or strong oxidizing acids.
