568-402 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

APG stocks the U90402, an AS568-402 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.6 in (40.64 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.15 in (54.61 mm). An o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

As a material, Polyurethane (AU/EU) is known for long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service and toughness that outperforms conventional rubber compounds. It resists impact and shock loading, abrasion and wear, and extrusion under high pressure. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). Exposure to prolonged humidity at elevated temperature or hot water and steam will shorten service life.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across off-highway equipment, press and forming equipment, and hydraulic cylinders.
