-403 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

Part number VB90403 is an AS568-403 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.725 in (43.82 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.275 in (57.79 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists aromatic hydrocarbons, petroleum oils and fuels, and many acids. Viton® (FKM) is valued for outstanding high-temperature capability and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. Service temperature is rated from -15°F (-26.1°C) through 400°F (204.4°C). It is not the right choice where ketones and esters or low-molecular-weight organic acids are present.
