-403 BLACK FKM 90D O-RING

Part number V90403 is an AS568-403 black Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.725 in (43.82 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.275 in (57.79 mm). An o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

The material holds up against petroleum oils and fuels, engine and transmission fluids, and aggressive chemicals. Viton® (FKM) delivers long service life in hot, chemically aggressive environments and the industry benchmark where nitrile reaches its thermal limit. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Applications involving amines or hot water and steam call for a different compound.

Typical settings include semiconductor equipment, automotive fuel systems, and aerospace.
