568-403 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

APG stocks the HS70403, an AS568-403 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 1.725 in (43.82 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.275 in (57.79 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

The material holds up against ozone and weathering, heat and oxidation, and modern refrigerants. That behavior comes from the compound itself: HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is known for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C). Exposure to chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters will shorten service life.

Typical settings include commercial refrigeration, heavy-duty powertrain, and automotive air conditioning.
