Part number HS70404 is an AS568-404 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 1.85 in (46.99 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.4 in (60.96 mm). An o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified here for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, excellent abrasion and tear strength. The compound resists ozone and weathering, sour gas and amine inhibitors, and petroleum oils and fuels. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service.
