-405 BROWN FKM 90D O-RING

VB90405 is an AS568-405 brown Viton® (FKM) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 1.975 in (50.17 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.525 in (64.14 mm). In service, this o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

Expect good resistance to many acids, chlorinated solvents, and petroleum oils and fuels. Viton® (FKM) is known for outstanding high-temperature capability and very low compression set at elevated temperature. The material carries a published service range of -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C). Verify compatibility before use with ketones and esters or amines.

Typical settings include high-temperature process equipment, oil and gas, and semiconductor equipment.
