This o-ring is supplied in AS568-405 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A built to an inside diameter of 1.975 in (50.17 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.525 in (64.14 mm), catalogued under part number HSN90405. It seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty, strong resistance to rapid gas decompression.
