-406 BLACK BUNA 50D O-RING

APG stocks the H50406, an AS568-406 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring supplied with an inside diameter of 2.1 in (53.34 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.65 in (67.31 mm). An o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Buna-N (Nitrile) delivers strong abrasion and tear resistance, reliable performance in both static and dynamic service. The material holds up against propane and butane, many alcohols, and water. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C) in continuous service. Exposure to polar solvents or ketones will shorten service life.

It sees regular use in fluid power, agricultural equipment, and construction equipment.
