Part number H50407 is an AS568-407 black Buna-N (Nitrile) 50 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.775 in (70.49 mm). An o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to water, hydraulic fluids, and propane and butane. Buna-N (Nitrile) is widely chosen for strong abrasion and tear resistance, the most widely specified general-purpose sealing elastomer. Continuous operating temperature is published at -40°F (-40°C) to 250°F (121.1°C).
