568-407 HSN90 DURO ORINGS

The HSN90407 is an AS568-407 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.225 in (56.52 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 2.775 in (70.49 mm). This o-ring provides a reliable static or dynamic seal by deforming into its gland under assembly load.

It resists sour gas and amine inhibitors, ozone and weathering, and heat and oxidation. HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is specified for strong resistance to rapid gas decompression, improved ozone and weathering resistance over standard nitrile. Rated temperature range runs from -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C) in continuous service. Applications involving chlorinated hydrocarbons or esters call for a different compound.

Maintenance and OEM teams specify it across commercial refrigeration, oilfield and downhole equipment, and automotive air conditioning.
