568-409 GREEN HNBR (HSN) 70 ORINGS

The HS70409 is an AS568-409 green HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 2.475 in (62.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.025 in (76.84 mm). This o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) is widely chosen for excellent abrasion and tear strength, long service life in refrigerant and oilfield duty. The material holds up against heat and oxidation, modern refrigerants, and sour gas and amine inhibitors. The material carries a published service range of -40°F (-40°C) to 325°F (162.8°C).
