Ordered as TFE409, this is an AS568-409 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.475 in (62.87 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.025 in (76.84 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

The compound resists strong acids and bases, nearly all industrial chemicals, and solvents.
