This o-ring is supplied in AS568-410 brown Viton® (FKM) 75 Shore A with an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.15 in (80.01 mm), catalogued under part number VB75410. It compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, Viton® (FKM) offers excellent resistance to compression set and permeation, very low compression set at elevated temperature. Expect good resistance to aggressive chemicals, engine and transmission fluids, and aromatic hydrocarbons. Rated temperature range runs from -15°F (-26.1°C) to 400°F (204.4°C) in continuous service.
