TFE410 is an AS568-410 white PTFE (Teflon) 55 Shore D O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 2.6 in (66.04 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.15 in (80.01 mm). In service, this o-ring delivers dependable bidirectional sealing in a compact groove envelope.

This material stands up to strong acids and bases, solvents, and oxidizing media. PTFE (Teflon) is specified for a very wide continuous service temperature range and one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 500°F (260°C). It should not be specified for service in service requiring elastic recovery or elemental fluorine at temperature.
