-411 BLACK AFLAS 80D O-RING

The A80411 is an AS568-411 black Aflas (TFE/P) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.725 in (69.22 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.275 in (83.19 mm). This o-ring creates a positive seal at flange, piston and rod interfaces without added hardware.

The compound resists brake fluids and phosphate esters, strong bases, and hot water. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Aflas (TFE/P) is valued for high-temperature steam capability that most fluoroelastomers cannot match and excellent electrical insulating properties. The material carries a published service range of -25°F (-31.7°C) to 450°F (232.2°C). It should not be specified for service in aromatic hydrocarbons or some chlorinated solvents.
