APG stocks the U90412, an AS568-412 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.85 in (72.39 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.4 in (86.36 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

This material stands up to impact and shock loading, extrusion under high pressure, and petroleum oils. That behavior comes from the compound itself: Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified for exceptional abrasion resistance and outstanding extrusion resistance at elevated pressure. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C) in continuous service. Verify compatibility before use with acids and bases or prolonged humidity at elevated temperature.
