Ordered as E80PC413, this is an AS568-413 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 2.975 in (75.57 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.525 in (89.54 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) delivers outstanding weather, ozone and sunlight resistance, very good flexibility at low temperature. The compound resists ozone, UV and weathering, dilute acids and alkalis, and ketones. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service. Applications involving aromatic hydrocarbons or mineral oil-based lubricants call for a different compound.

Common environments for this compound include potable water applications, water and steam systems, and solar and roofing assemblies.
