-414 BLACK EPDM 80D O-RING

The E80PC414 is an AS568-414 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring built to an inside diameter of 3.1 in (78.74 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.65 in (92.71 mm). This o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Expect good resistance to phosphate ester hydraulic fluids, dilute acids and alkalis, and ozone, UV and weathering. EPDM (EPR) delivers excellent hot water and steam resistance, good electrical insulating characteristics. The material carries a published service range of -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C). It should not be specified for service in mineral oil-based lubricants or petroleum oils and fuels.

Typical settings include potable water applications, HVAC and refrigeration, and water and steam systems.
