Ordered as E80PC415, this is an AS568-415 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.225 in (81.92 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.775 in (95.89 mm). The o-ring remains the most cost-effective sealing element available for pressurized assemblies.

EPDM (EPR) is specified for excellent hot water and steam resistance, strong performance in outdoor and exposed installations. The compound resists water and steam, dilute acids and alkalis, and phosphate ester hydraulic fluids. Rated temperature range runs from -65°F (-53.9°C) to 300°F (148.9°C) in continuous service.
