568-415 URETHANE 90 ORINGS -PREM GRADE

APG stocks the U90415, an AS568-415 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 90 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.225 in (81.92 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.775 in (95.89 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is specified here for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. The compound resists extrusion under high pressure, impact and shock loading, and ozone. Continuous operating temperature is published at -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C). It is not the right choice where acids and bases or ketones are present.
