APG stocks the E80PC416, an AS568-416 black EPDM (EPR) 80 Shore A O-Ring with an inside diameter of 3.35 in (85.09 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 3.9 in (99.06 mm). An o-ring compresses into its gland to block fluid or gas migration across a joint.

As a material, EPDM (EPR) is widely chosen for very good flexibility at low temperature, excellent hot water and steam resistance. It resists ozone, UV and weathering, water and steam, and brake fluid. Service temperature is rated from -65°F (-53.9°C) through 300°F (148.9°C). It is not the right choice where mineral oil-based lubricants or aromatic hydrocarbons are present.

Typical settings include water and steam systems, potable water applications, and HVAC and refrigeration.
