568-417 URETHANE 70 DURO ORINGS

Ordered as U70417, this is an AS568-417 clear Polyurethane (AU/EU) 70 Shore A O-Ring measuring an inside diameter of 3.475 in (88.27 mm), a cross section of 0.275 in (6.99 mm), and an outside diameter of 4.025 in (102.24 mm). The o-ring seats in a machined groove and forms a leak-tight barrier when compressed between two mating surfaces.

Polyurethane (AU/EU) is widely chosen for very high tensile strength and load capacity, long wear life in dynamic reciprocating service. Expect good resistance to ozone, abrasion and wear, and extrusion under high pressure. Published continuous service range is -65°F (-53.9°C) to 200°F (93.3°C).
